This week, we're learning about all the effects you can create with just a delay and a mixer! These include various delays (duh), chorus, ensemble, flanger, reverb, stereo imaging, and resonators.

Delays I'm sure we're all familiar with, plug in a signal, and the output is delayed. if there's a mix knob or you mix the dry and wet signals, you can get the original sound followed by a delay. Adding feedback gives you multiple delays. Yay! With two delays, you can cross the feedback loops to get a ping pong effect, and with a mixer you can get variable stereo spread. you can also use multiple delays in series to get multi-tap delays. You can also use a delay before a reverb to get a predelayed reverb, or put a delay on the input of a compressor which is also sent to the sidechain input to get a lookahead compressor.
